The club has organised a Bike Fitting day for Saturday 2nd February 2013 to take place in Rosslare Community Centre.
Bike Fitting Ireland (www.bikefittingireland.com) will be carrying out the bike fit. The Bike fit is split into two sections. The first 30 minutes will be spent doing injury analysis, cleat analysis and core and flexibility analysis, carried out by a sports injury therapist. The second 30 minutes will be spent doing the actual adjustments to the bike. A slightly longer time slot is allowed for TT bike fitting.
The cost for the bike fit are as follows (including subsidy from club and also a 30% discount from Bike Fitting Ireland):
- · Road bike only: €60
- · TT bike (or a road bike with tri-bars) only: €70
- · Two road bikes: €100
- · Road bike and a TT bike: €115
There are a maximum of 14 places available.
