The inaugural Rosslare 10k road race took place on Easter Monday, 5 April 2010. Approximately 180 runners and walkers took part in this great event. We would like to thank the Communities of Rosslare & Wexford for helping Wexford Triathlon Club to organise this great event.
The First Rosslare 10k road race took runners on two laps of a mostly flat course which starts and finishes at the beach car park in the centre of Rosslare village. The course took runners out towards Ashfield Cross (towards the N11) before turning left onto the local Ford of Lyng Road and back into the village. Additionally, we had a kids’ fun race on the beach which was enjoyed by children and parents alike. Thanks to everyone who took part and we hope to see you next year.
