Well done to our two new Ironmen, Aoife and Fran Traynor. They completed the Outlaw Ironman distance triathlon in Nottingham at the weekend. Aoife finished in a time of 12 hours 35 minutes and Fran finished in a time of 13 hours 9 minutes. Well done guys.
