to introduce some triathlon specific training we’ll be holding a brick session (cycle-run) on the second Saturday of the month. That’s this weekend weather permitting!there’s both 20km and 40km cycle routes and a 5k run loop that can be repeated so it’s suitable for all fitness levels. Start times depend on distance – 9.30 for 40k cyclists and 10.30 for 20k cyclists. This way we will pass each other en route and should finish around the same time for coffee.
