About the Rosslare Pikeman Triathlon
We are delighted to have been awarded both National Championship status and Triathlon National Series status for our standard distance race on 15th September 2024.
The race will be an Olympic standard distance; swim 1.5k, bike 40k and run 10k. The course is superb, as it suits all triathletes; those who want to try this distance for the first time, or those who are well experienced and want a fast course. The bike and run are flat courses and ideal for all levels.
The swim will take place on Rosslare Strand’s Blue Flag beach, recognised for its safety for swimming. We will have magnificent support on the water as usual from qualified water rescue persons on our supporting kayaks and ribs throughout the swim.
We have ample parking, and food and beverages will be served after the event, which takes place in the heart of the village. Supporters are very welcome, as this is an ideal course to support on. The atmosphere in the village centre will be electric, with the finish line on the beach.
There is no time to waste as our race is becoming very popular, and especially now that we will host this Standard Distance Championship and National Series triathlon. Register NOW through Triathlon Ireland race event calendar. The goodie bag promises to be top class as it is every year. The finisher medal is spectacular, and the food after the race is always gains plenty of accolades.
