We will be holding our open night on Thursday February 12th at 7 p.m. in the Riverbank House Hotel. This will be a great opportunity to meet some of our members and find out more about training for and taking part in triathlons.

Linda O’Grady is running a new yoga course for athletes at her studio on Redmond Road starting this Thursday 13th at 8pm.
