This weeks coached sea swim will take place at Carne Pier on Thursday 31st July at 7pm. The day is changed to accomodate people that may be travelling for the long weekend. Bring some tea and cake to have afterwards.
Well done to our two new Ironmen, Aoife and Fran Traynor. They completed the Outlaw Ironman distance triathlon in Nottingham at the weekend. Aoife finished in a time of 12 hours 35 minutes and Fran finished in a time of 13 hours 9 minutes. Well done guys. http://wextriclub.com/?attachment_id=1935
