Bearing in mind the late workers and those with dodgy knees/ankles, for the summer we will be trialling a change in venue for the last Friday of the month 5k. Friday 7th June, the 5km run will be held in Raven Woods nature reserve, Curracloe, for softer ground, and where a post-run recovery dip in the sea is possible. Meet in the car park at 6:45, we’ll be starting the run at 7pm sharp. Hope to see lots of you there.
