For those of you who would like to try the swim course in advance of the race, the annual Barry McCarthy Memorial Swim will take place this Sunday 6th of July at 2.30pm. There are distances of 500m, 750m and 1500m available. Swim 1 or all 3!! Registration takes place on the day in the park opposite Carrick Davins GAA club on the Clonmel Road. The entry fee is €20, with a fantastic BBQ, refreshments and spot prizes provided. All proceeds go to the Hospice.
