Well done to everybody who took part in the 1500 m swim time trial on Sunday. The absence of lane ropes may have been a bit disconcerting, but what great practice for open water swim races!
Many thanks to James and his team of volunteers for lap counting and time-keeping, and to Stephen for being our friendly and accommodating life-guard on duty. Our two guests, Orla and Dean, from Racing 795 were very welcome.
I hope you all got time to cast a glance at the graceful strokes of our fabulous budding triathletes, Ben and Simon, who put us all to shame with their times.
Overall and 100 m split times have been e-mailed to you and posted on the forum.
Nice to see lots of triathlon babies getting to know each other in the baby pool 🙂
